Do you monitor the cameras for us?+
We set up the recording, storage, and alerting — but footage review stays with your team. If you want a monitored service, we will quote it separately.
Can you use our existing cameras?+
Often, yes. During the walkthrough we test each camera and recorder, keep what is healthy, and quote replacements only where footage quality would suffer.
How long do you keep footage?+
Most clients choose 30 days of continuous recording, extendable to 90 or more on cloud storage. We size the storage plan during the quote.
What happens when a camera fails?+
Year-one service calls are covered by your flat-rate quote. We ship a replacement and have a technician out the same or next business day.
Do you work after hours?+
Yes. Most installs happen overnight or on weekends so your business never closes for a cable pull.
