Scope of Services
Installations and service visits are performed only under a signed quote or work order that defines equipment, locations, pricing, and timelines. Website content is informational and does not constitute an offer or a guarantee of any specific result.
Independent Installer Status
Core Security Cameras is an independent, locally owned company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any camera manufacturer, alarm-monitoring provider, or other brand unless explicitly stated in writing. Third-party names and marks appearing on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, securing any permits not included in the quote, ensuring safe access to work areas, and maintaining system credentials after handover.
Footage Ownership and Use
Recorded footage belongs to the client. The client is responsible for using footage in compliance with applicable privacy and labor laws. We are not responsible for how clients store, share, or publish recorded material.
Warranty and Service
Workmanship is warranted for twelve months from installation. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we administer on your behalf. The warranty excludes damage from weather events, vandalism, power surges, or unauthorized modification.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Security Cameras' aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected work order in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and a camera system is not a guarantee against theft or loss.
Intellectual Property
All site content, quotes, drawings, and installation methodologies remain the intellectual property of Core Security Cameras and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the property is located. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
