Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate environment information, maintaining valid licences for third-party software, granting the access needed to deliver services, and acting on remediation recommendations in a timely manner.
No Guarantee of Absolute Security
No provider can guarantee complete immunity from cyber threats. We apply commercially reasonable, industry-aligned controls and monitoring, but we do not warrant that systems will be free of all incidents.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fernhold's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Intellectual Property
All site content, documentation, reports, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Fernhold Networks and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your service agreement. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
