Information We Collect
We collect business contact details you submit through our consultation forms (name, business email, company, and message content), along with technical operational data required to deliver managed network and security services under an executed agreement.
How We Use Information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver services, monitor and protect client environments, meet contractual and legal obligations, and improve service quality. We do not sell client or prospect information.
Security Monitoring Data
Where we provide monitoring, we process logs, telemetry, and alert data from your environment strictly for detection, response, reporting, and compliance purposes defined in your service agreement.
Data Sharing
We share information only with subprocessors necessary to deliver services, and only under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We are an independent provider and do not share data with any manufacturer, carrier, or agency for marketing purposes.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Operational and security data is retained for the period agreed in your contract, then securely destroyed.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you or your organisation by contacting privacy@fernhold.example. We respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in writing.
